Mould management
In the "Moulds" menu it is possible to deposit complete settings for various hotrunner systems. All set values, increase and
decrease values, operating mode settings and the remaining specific parameters of the mould should be stored. The data is
then available at a later date, e.g. in the event of alternating mould assignment or for basic settings of test moulds.
The "Mould management" menu can also be opened directly using the "PROG" key.
A new file is created using the "Save as" button. The input window shown above appears for entry of the file name, after
"OK" is pressed the current settings are saved. The respective data is displayed in the "Devices", "Zones" and "Created on"
columns.
An existing file can be overwritten with the current settings using the "Save" button and subsequent confirmation. This is
documented with date and time in the "Last change" column.
An existing file can be read in as the current setting using the "Load" button and subsequent confirmation. For safety
reasons, this can only be carried out if heating mode is switched off.
If a saved setting is no longer required, it can be removed from the memory with the "Delete" button and subsequent
confirmation. This is only possible from access "Level 1".
