Detection Tab
1. General Detection Settings
Alarm Timeout
: If Auto Acknowledge is set to On, this sets the length of time (in seconds) that an error
announcement will be displayed in the multiviewer, starting from the moment when the error is
detected.
Auto Acknowledge
: If this is set to Off, whenever an error announcement is displayed, it has to be
removed manually, using the
Acknowledge Alarms
button.
2. Alarm Graphics Per Window
Enable
: This allows alarm graphics to be displayed for each window.
Position
: Here you can select to display the alarm graphics on the side or at the top of the window.
Style
: Alarms can be displayed as an icon or as text.
3. Detection Settings Per Input
The settings here define when, where and how errors are detected on the individual input streams and
an audio card, and when the corresponding alarms should be generated.
Enable Monitoring
: When this is set to On, it allows alarm information to be shared with other devices.
