Use in Home Theater

EDDIE performs well in home theater situations. You can use EDDIE for Left, Center and
Right. EVOKE will also be offering a matching low profile center channel for EDDIE and
all future EVOKE products. Additionally, EVOKE will be offering a small monitor ideal for
desk top listening and surround sound applications with its convenient VESA mount.
Set-ups vary due to your budget, commitment and size of your room. You will minimally
need 3 front speakers, 2 sides and an LFE Subwoofer. This is known as a 5.1 system.
Add 1 extra pair of speakers to the rear wall and 1 pair of speakers to the ceiling and you
have a DOLBY ATMOS 7.1.2 system.
If your room is deep enough, you may need 2 additional side speakers, and 2 additional
speakers on the ceiling. This is perfect when you have 2 rows of seating. This would be a
DOLBY ATMOS 9.1.4 system. The middle number refers to the number of subs. You may
want stereo subs up front and possibly a rear room sub. That would be a DOLBY ATMOS
9.3.4 system. If you have the space and budget for a 9.3.4 system, you may wish to
consider one of EDDIE’s bigger brothers for the left and right mains.
