12.1 Troubleshooting and Solutions
Common
Malfunctions
Possible Reasons Troubleshooting and Solution
No power supply
Please check whether the power
connector is correctly connected.
Make sure the power switch is set to
ON.
The device is not
operating
The input power supply
voltage is not within the
voltage range supported
by the system.
Maybe the system is under
over-voltage or under-voltage
protection, please examine whether the
input voltage is within the allowed
range.
The screen is under
“power saving” mode
Press any key on the keyboard.
The luminance control is
set to “Black”.
Increase the screen luminance by
luminance control. Please refer to the
instructions of the display for detailed
information.
The screen is black
Contact Technique Support if the
screen remains black after
implementing the above measures.
Mouse driver program
has not been loaded
When starting the application program,
examine whether the mouse driver has
been correctly installed. For more
detailed information, please refer to
the mouse or application program
manual.
Mouse cursor
cannot be moved
The mouse is not
connected.
Check whether the mouse cable is
connected to the system unit. If
adapter or mouse extension cord is
used, the connector should also be
examined.
