HOW TO INSTALL THE BATTERIES?
1.
Battery required:
▪
1 x 3V CR2032 lithium battery (included) for scale
▪
1 x 1.5V LR44 (or AG13) alkaline zinc-manganese for clock.
Note: Before first use, pull out the plastic tab of the battery compartment!
When low battery indic
ation “Lo”, please install the new battery
after opening the cover of the battery holder.

Battery replacement for scale

Turn the scale over (see
fig. 1
below to locate the battery compartment for scale [

]).

Remove the cover of the battery compartment by pulling out the black plastic tab (
fig.3
).
c.
Take the used battery out by inserting the tip of pen inside the gap as shown on figure below. The
battery will tip allowing you to pull it out
(fig.4)

Put a new lithium battery CR2032 (3V) by placing the battery under the large black plastic tab (fig.5).

Then press down on the battery. Make sure that the battery's positive pole faces upwards.

Put the cover back by inserting the 2 plastic tabs first, and then press down on the battery
compartment.
