4.7.16 Email category

Allows the user to send a specified e-mail to the recipients set up in e-mail configuration (see options manual). A
system message is generated, and displayed in all recording groups whenever an e-mail is sent.

4.7.17 Report Category

This category is available only when the ASCII Printer Output option is fitted. See the Communications manual for
further details.

SEND REPORT TO

Allows the user to select 'Group' or 'Printer1 / 2'. If 'Group' is selected (as in the figure above), a further field appears
allowing the user to specify the group to which the report is to be sent (Group 3 in the figure above). If 'Printer 1' is
selected the report is sent to a connected ASCII printer. 'Printer 2' is not supported in this software version.

GROUP

This field appears only if 'Group' has been selected as the report destination, and allows the actual destination group to
be defined. If a

group descriptor

has been entered ('Furnace 3' in the figure above), then this descriptor appears in the

field.

REPORT

This defines which of the reports is to be sent when the job is triggered. If a Report descriptor has been entered, then
this appears in the field ('Current temps' in the figure above)
