12.12 How to output Accelerometer and Gyroscope values
The ReliaGATE 10-14 includes a 3D digital accelerometer / 3D digital gyroscope:
l
The accelerometer is exposed as
cat/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device2
l
The gyroscope is exposed as
cat /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device3
To output the three-dimensional values for the accelerometer, use the following commands:
watch –n 1 cat /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device2/in_accel_x_raw
watch –n 1 cat /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device2/in_accel_y_raw
watch –n 1 cat/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device2/in_accel_z_raw
To output the three-dimensional values for the gyroscope, use the following commands:
watch –n 1 cat /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device3/in_anglvel_x_raw
watch –n 1 cat /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device3/in_anglvel_y_raw
watch –n 1 cat/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio\:device3/in_anglvel_z_raw

To read the RTC, enter the following commands:
cat /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/device/rtc/rtc0/time

12.14 How to read the Internal Temperature
The ReliaGATE 10-14 is provided with sensors that measure:

The CPU thermal zone
l
The on-board Temperature
To read the CPU thermal zone, enter the following command:
cat /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
To read the on-board Temperature, enter the following command:
cat/sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input
