Connection with the mains
Connect the device to the mains with the enclosed power supply cable.
The occupation of the connection-cables is as follows:

The earth has to be connected!
If the device will be directly connected with the local power supply network, a disconnection switch with a
minimum opening of 3 mm at every pole has to be included in the permanent electrical installation.
The device must only be connected with an electric installation carried out in compliance with the IEC-
standards. The electric installation must be equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a maximum
fault current of 30 mA.
Lighting effects must not be connected to dimming-packs.
OPERATION
After you connected the LED PMB-8 COB RGB 30W to the mains, it starts running.
The LCD display lights up and you can choose the desired mode via the buttons MODE, ENTER, UP and
DOWN.
The device has two operating modes. It can be operated in Stand Alone via LCD display with operating
buttons or in DMX-controlled mode via lighting controller.

Internal programs
A chaser is a sequence of different steps that will be called up one after another in a continuous loop. With
the LED PMB-8 COB RGB 30W Bar, you can select up to 13 different chasers plus solid colors.
Selecting a chaser
Press the MODE button to select the internal program mode. Select the desired chaser (P01 – P14) via the
UP or DOWN buttons (see following graphic).
Press the ENTER button to select speed and flash settings, respectively. You can select the desired values
via the UP or DOWN buttons.
Speed from 00 to 99, increasing.
Flash from 00 to 99, increasing.
Please press the ENTER button to confirm and to exit this mode.
Note:
Under Chasers FLOW 8 and FLOW 9 there are 2 sub-programs to choose from (C1, C2). Please
press the ENTER button twice to reach the sub-programs. The desired color combinations can be selected
via the UP or DOWN buttons.
