2. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY
For all technical problems and to obtain replacement parts, please contact our Customer
Service as follows:
Before ordering a replacement part, please refer to this manual to identify the relevant
replacement part number. (p.63).
CAUTION: Do not make any modifications to the tool. The warranty is
invalidated if modifications are made to the tool.
The following is not covered by the warranty:
• In case of non-compliance with the instructions listed in this manual concerning the use, care,
maintenance and storage of the tool.
• Incorrect use of the machine.
• Damage that has been caused by knocks to the machine.
• Normal wear and tear of individual parts.
• The use of replacement parts not supplied by Customer Service.
• Defects that are the result of a modification to the tool.
