SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BENNA
AVVERTENZA
Quando si smontano o si montano i perni di
accoppiamento, si possono staccare scheg-
ge; usare sempre guanti, occhiali di protezio-
ne ed elmetto.
Per la sostituzione delle attrezzature è ne-
cessario l’aiuto di una persona.
Non usare mai le dita per ricercare la
centrature dei fori; per movimenti improvvisi
o incontrollati, le dita possono essere sogget-
te a cesoiamento.
• Posizionare la benna a terra su una superficie
piana, in modo che appoggi la parte piana del
dorso benna.
• Sfilare nell’ordine il perno del tirante (1) e il
perno di collegamento al 2
°
braccio (2).
• Sostituire la benna avendo cura di pulire perfet-
tamente i perni e le boccole ed ingrassare
leggermente i perni prima di rimontarli.
• Montare prima il perno di collegamento al 2
°
braccio.
• Rimontare i fermi di sicurezza dei perni.
• Lubrificare i perni con l’apposito ingrassatore.

CHANGING THE BUCKET
WARNING
When removing or dismantling the coupling
pin, jagged pieces may come off; always use
protective gloves, protective goggles and
helmet.
To replace buckets, the help of another per-
son must be enlisted.
Never use your fingers to locate holes: unex-
pected or irregular movements may cut them
off!
• Place the bucket on a flat surface in such a way
that the flat part is resting on the ground.
• Remove the tie rod (1) pin and then the connect-
ing pin of the second arm (2).
• Replace the bucket, thoroughly clean the pins
and bearing bushes and lightly grease the pins
before refitting them.
• Fit the connecting pin of the second arm (2) first.
• Refit the safety locking pins.
• Lubricate the pins with the appropriate grease
nipple.
