10. Settings
Press the
LIGHT/SNOOZE
button (12) at any time to return the home screen.
The weather station will automatically revert to the home screen when no buttons are pressed for
30 seconds.
Hold down the
TEMP./+
(4) or
BARO./-
(2) buttons to move through the digits faster.
a) Basic settings (date, time and units)
You only need to set the time and date manually if (i) the weather station is used outside of
the DCF reception area; (ii) you are not in the Central European time zone (CET); or (iii) DCF
reception is impaired due to the surroundings.
• Press and hold the
SET
button (1) for 2 seconds until "ON" or "OFF" flashes on the display. Press
the
TEMP./+
(4) or
BARO./-
(2) button to turn the button tones / frost alarm on or off. Confirm your
selection with the
SET
button (1). The max/min auto-delete setting ("RST") will flash on the display.
• Press the
TEMP./+
(4) or
BARO./-
(2) button to change the RST setting ("ON" = min/max values are
deleted automatically at 0:00 each day; "OFF" = values are not deleted automatically). Confirm your
selection with the
SET
button (1). The time zone setting ("ZON") will flash on the display.
• Press the
TEMP./+
(4) or
BARO./-
(2) button to change the time zone. Confirm your selection with
the
SET
button (1). The time format will flash on the display.
• Press the
TEMP./+
(4) or
BARO./-
(2) button to change the setting. You can choose to display the
time in 12-hour or 24-hour format. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The hour value will
flash and "HR" will be displayed.
• Press the
TEMP./+
or
BARO./-
button to change the hour value. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The minute value will flash and "MIN" will be displayed.
• Press the
TEMP./+
or
BARO./-
button to change the minute value. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The date format will flash on the display. You can choose between DD/MM and MM/
DD. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The year will flash on the display and "Y" will be
displayed.
• Press the
TEMP./+
or
BARO./-
button to change the year. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The month will flash on the display and "M" will be displayed.

Repeat the above steps to set the month and day. Once you have finished setting the date, the
temperature unit will flash on the display.
• Press the
TEMP./+
or
BARO./-
button to change the unit. You can choose between °Celsius or
°Fahrenheit. Confirm your selection with the
SET
button. The atmospheric pressure unit will flash
on the display.
