Before starting the service operation look at the machine and check carefully if there are
leaks of oil or battery liquid.
Then lift the hood and check the same inside the machine.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION THAT ALL MEASUREMENTS MUST BE EFFECTED :
•
with the standard main brush (part nr. 520035);
•
on a flat cement floor;
•
with a full charge battery , i.e. 36/37 volt.
MAIN MOTOR (Traction – Part Nr 610024):
Check the absorption:
with machine still from 38 to 48 Ah
with machine at maximum speed from 75 to 85 Ah
SECONDARY MOTOR (For main brush and vacuum fan – Part Nr
610025):
Check the absorption:
with raised brush from 27 to 35 Ah
with working brush (trace from 50 to 60 MM) from 38 to 48 Ah
MACHINE:
Control the water level in the battery
Control the wear state and the trace of brushes
Control the rubber flaps
Control the hopper gaskets
Control the dust filter efficiency
Control the tension of all belts
Control the tension of all chains
Control the functioning of all devices and control levers
Control the correct functioning of braking system
Control the hydraulic oil level
Test the machine
