Assemble
Main Arm Assy. [4] to RV Bumper Mounting Brackets with (QTY : 2) sets of: (QTY : 1) M16 x 90 Hex
Bolt [6], (QTY : 2) M16 Flat Washer [7], (QTY : 1) M16 Nyloc Nut, and (QTY: 1
) M10 Snapper Pin [17] as shown. Tighten
all
bolts.
Step 3. Slide the (QTY : 2) Basket Half [3] pieces together, with (QTY : 2) Connection Bar [5] inserted into top rail of
Basket Half [3]. Thread (QTY : 4) M8 x 35 Hex Bolt [11] into each hole in the connection bar [5]. Once each M8 x 35
Hex Bolt [11] is threaded through the top rail of each basket half [3] and connection bar [5] attach (QTY : 1) M8 Flat
Washer [12] and (QTY : 1) M8 Nyloc Nut [13] to each M8 x 35 Hex Bolt [11]. Do not fully tighten. Once complete,
attach center of each basket half [3] with (QTY : 3) sets of: (QTY : 1) M8 x 55 Hex Bolt [10], (QTY : 1) M8 Flat
Washer [12], and (QTY : 1) M8 Nyloc Nut [13]. Fully tighten all bolts.
Step 2. Attach (QTY : 2) Main Arm Assy. [4] to RV Bumper Mounting Brackets [2] with (QTY : 2) sets of: (QTY : 1)
M16 x 90 Hex Bolt [6], (QTY : 2) M16 Flat Washer [7], (QTY : 1) M16 Nyloc Nut [8], and (QTY : 1) M10 Snapper Pin
[17]. Tighten Bolts.
