P
age 2 of the Setup screen allows the operator to configure the spray bar. The number of wings and length of
each wing can be adjusted. This WILL NOT be adjusted unless a new spray bar is installed on the machine. Do
not leave a wing length at 0 feet!
Spray Marker Valves
If there are marker valves on the ends of the spray bar, Spray Marker Valves should be “Equipped.”, or they
will not spray. See Figure 56. (shown on page 43)
Spray Nozzle Part Number and Nozzles Spraying are used for Nozzle Range Indication.
Read the engraving
on the end of a nozzle to set the correct Part Number. Nozzle Spraying can be either All, Every Other (tack), or
One-per-Foot.
Power Return Spray
In bar circ the power return valve is open to allow material to return to the tank. During the spray mode the
power return valve has 2 options:
1.) “Power return on”. This will close the return valve and then re-open it after 3 seconds every time the
spray switch is activated. This will help in initial pressure when the spray bar opens.
2.) “power return off”. This will keep the return valve open during spray operations.
Tank Valve can be set AUTO or OFF. When in AUTO, the tank valve opens or closes normally. When OFF, the
tank valve is always closed. Setting OFF is useful when testing the circulation system to not move product from
the tank to the circulation system. This parameter is not saved over a power cycle and always defaults to
AUTO. The red Reset Defaults sets this parameter to AUTO.
English and Metric units can also be switched. When Metric units are used, the yellow bar under the Header
will turn white.
