Kontrollera alltid om din nätspänning överensstämmer med värdet på typplattan.
Maskin klass II – dubbel isolering, jordad kontakt behövs ej.
Byta ut kablar eller stickkontakter
Om nätkabeln skadas, måste den bytas ut mot en speciell nätkabel som finns hos tillverkaren
eller tillverkarens kundservice. Släng gamla kablar eller stickkontakter meddetsamma efter det
att du har bytt ut dem mot nya. Det är farligt att sticka in stickkontakten av en lös sladd i ett uttag.
Vid användning av förlängnings kablar
Använd uteslutande en godkänd förlängningskabel som är lämplig för maskinens effekt.
Ledarna måste ha en diameter på minst 1,5 mm
2
. Om förlängningskabeln sitter på en haspel,
rulla då ut den helt och hållet.
3. MONTERING AV TILLBEHÖR
Koppla alltid ur verktyget från strömkällan innan montering av ett tillbehör.
Montering av sidohandtaget

Sidohandtaget kan användas för både höger och vänster hand.
•
Skruva för vänsterhänt användning in sidohandtaget (Fig.1, 3) i öppningen i
maskinens högra sida.
•
Skruva för högerhänt användning in sidohandtaget i öppningen i maskinens vänstra sida.
•
Skruva för vertikala verksamheter in sidohandtaget i uttaget ovanpå maskinen.
Se till att sidohandtaget sitter fast ordentligt och inte oväntat kan skaka lös.
Montering av skyddskåpan

Montera skyddskåpan innan maskinen används.
Montering
•
Placera skyddskåpan (2) på maskinen. Se till att urskärningen på skyddskåpan går
ner runt kanten på maskinaxeln.
•
Montera fixeringsringen (7+12) på skyddskåpan: Ringhålen måste vara ovanpå
skruvhålen.
•
Sätt fast skyddskåpan och fixeringsringen med hjälp av de 4 skruvarna och brickorna (8).
•
Den stängda sidan på skyddet måste vara vänd mot användaren.

•
Always direct the cable to the rear away from the machine.
•
Insert the mains plug only when the machine is switched off.
•
Apply the machine to the workpiece only when switched on
Never use the machine for grinding magnesium workpieces.
Switching on and off
•
Slide the on/off switch forwards.
•
To switch off, depress the on/off switch, this will then jump to the ‘off’position.
Do not put the machine down when the motor is still running. Do not place the
machine on a dusty surface. Dust particles may enter the mechanism.
Operation
•
Hold the machine firmly and move it against the workpiece. Move the grinding disc evenly
across the workpiece.
•
Move the machine during roughing under an angle of 30º - 40º across the workpiece (Fig. 6).
Never use grinding discs for roughing!
•
The machine must always work opposite to the direction of rotation. Therefore, never
move the machine in the other direction! Otherwise, the danger exists of it being pushed
uncontrolled out of the cut (Fig. 7).
•
Inspect the grinding disc regularly. Worn discs have a negative effect on efficiency of the
machine. Replace the grinding disc on time.
•
Do not put the machine down when the motor is still running. Do not place the machine on a
dusty surface. Dust particles may enter the mechanism.
•
Always switch off the machine first before removing the plug from the wall socket.
Never use the spindle lock to stop the motor.
5. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the
motor.
The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and
regular cleaning.
