Secure the drive and torque arm with the screw and
washer.

Fill with sand to seal
Before the initial operation of the boiler, fill the
ash screw grate with sand.

The sand isolates the air below the grate from the
air above the grate, thus ensuring correct air flow
for combustion.
Affix seal to maintenance cover
Affix the self-adhesive ceramic fiber seals around the
circumference of the maintenance cover.

Re-attaching the covers
Re-attach the maintenance cover. Tighten the screws
and nuts alternately and evenly.

Attach the cover to the boiler again.

Carefully move the heat exchanger towards the
combustion chamber.
