Troubleshooting
1.
The scope can not be turned on, I see no feedback from the LEDs. Not even if I press
the button.

Try to charge the scope. If the scope is completely uncharged, it can only be switched
on via charging, not via the button.

Press the button for 13 seconds. A reset will be performed.
2.
The scope does not appear in my app, but it flashes regularly when I press the
button.

Press the reload button in the web browser or restart the app.

The scouter receives no signal from the scope. Bring the scope closer to the scouter.
3.
Data points are missing, although the scope was on and loaded all the time.

The scope was outside the receiving range. Move the scope close to the scouter and
check if the data is automatically loaded. If data is still missing, use the manual data
read function in the app (Assay View / Readings section).

The scope was in Logger Mode. Press the button of the scope.

The scope was switched off or in the charging process. Look in the graph under the
section "Events" and check if at the beginning and the end of the gap a corresponding
event (turn off / on, charging started / stopped) is noted.
