2.5  Dry Air Purge (ES-DA5,10)

2.5.1  Purpose

The dry air purge is used to reduce the potential for condensation on products during heat-ups or to extend 
the time between defrost cycles for continuous low temperature operation.

2.5.2  Installation

Connect air supply per the following:

2.5.3  Operation

The dry air is being purged into the workspace when Time Signal No. 9 (Dry Air) is set ‘ON’.

2.5.4  Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Checking Dry Air Desiccant (every month)

Remove the water compartment box door and set the chamber to low humidity operation. Wait 
approximately 10 minutes, then check the moisture indicator in the air compartment. The normal color of
