OPERATION OF

SuperConnector

CONNECTION

1) Connect the SuperConnector per the unit’s label.  Use uigh-quality, low capacity
cable.  The unit’s basic connection is from the

SuperConnector’s

 “MAIN AMP” jacks to

your main amplifier’s “Tape Recorder Loop.”

2) Connect any equalizer(s) you have to the “PROCESS” jacks.  If you have a mono
equalizer you may want to connect it to PROCESS 1.  You can connect multitiple
devices in series.  Operating the “STEREO/MONO” switch to MONO would then allow it
to feed both left and right.

3) Connect any tape recorders you have to the appropriate “RCDR, DAT, CASSETTE”
jacks.  Front panel connection is available for connection of a portable recorder via the
“EXT” jacks.

WARNING

: If you encounter undo resistance to insertion of a plug into any of the jacks,

try to resolve the problem by slightly bending the plugs ground ring to loosen it.  You
want to prevent tearing any of the

SuperConnector

 jacks from the PCB.

OPERATION

Normally, your main amplifier’s “Monitor” switch should be left “In,” and the

SuperConnector’s

“SOURCE” and “MONITOR” should be set to “MAIN” and “OUT.”

Listening

Should you wish to utilize any of the addition inputs on the

Superconnector

, simply set

the SOURCE control to that designation.
