TESLA LITE User Manual

True RMS

This option displays true rms measurement values of all the harmonics (includ-
ing the fundamental), depending on the sample rate of the recorded channel. 

1. A trace (channel) must first exist on the graph. Click the graph that you want 

to show absolute time measurement.

2. Select the 

Measure>Markers 

menu option or the 

Markers 

button on the tool 

bar to place the markers on the graph. Markers are automatically placed if 
not selected.

3. Select 

Measure>True RMS

 menu option.

Readout corresponding to the markers is displayed on the right-hand side of the 
graph including:

   •  True RMS Title

   •  Minimum True RMS

   •  Maximum True RMS

   •  Average True RMS
