Charging with Energy
To charge one day‘s (24 hours‘) worth of energy
There are the following two methods. Use the approximate values as a guide.
Swinging the watch
Approx. 250 times
Wearing the watch while performing daily activities
Approx. 8 hours per day
Swinging the watch
To start the watch from the stopped state, charge the battery by swinging the watch.
Swing the watch in the directions indicated by the arrows in the figure. The second hand begins 2-seconds hand
movement.
If you continue swinging the watch back and forth approximately 250 times, the second hand will change to
normal 1-second hand movement. The battery will be charged with approximately one day‘s worth of energy.
Note:

The most efficient way to charge the battery is to swing the watch back and forth approximately 20 cm twice within 1
second.

Efficient charging will not be possible if the watch is swung extremely quickly and aggressively.

You may be able to hear the sound of the generator moving inside the watch. Please note that this is not abnormal.
