Handling Media and Printouts

Removing Prints From the Auto Take-Up Reel

After cutting off your prints as described in the previous section, you can
remove the roll media from the Auto Take-Up Reel.

1. Make sure the reel controller is set to

OFF

2. Flip the scroller release lever up to the

FREE

position.

3. Lift the entire scroller bar off of the printer.

4. Remove the paper holders from one end of the scroller bar.

5. Remove the media and core from the scroller bar.

6. Place another empty take-up core onto the scroller bar. You can use a

core from an expended media roll or a new core.
