Maintenance and Troubleshooting

When this error occurs, try to rescan the document. The scanner
returns to normal when it receives correct commands. Normally
you do not need to reset the scanner when this type of error
occurs.

Interface error

The interface setup is wrong or the scanner is not properly
connected to the computer.

When this error occurs, unplug the scanner and USB connector,
and then plug them back in.

Fatal error

This type of error indicates one or the following problems:

The fluorescent lamp needs to be replaced.

❏

The scanner is malfunctioning.

Consult your dealer.

Operating Problems
