The paper size setting in your
application or the printer
driver may not match the size
of the paper you are using. Check the paper size setting in your
application or the printer driver.
The printer’s page length
setting for the tractor may not
match the size of the
continuous paper you are
using. Check Page length for tractor of the
printer’s default settings. See “Changing
default settings” on page 47 for more
information.
Paper is jammed inside the
printer. Clear the paper jam as described in
“Clearing a Paper Jam” on page 71.
