The dots adjoining each other horizontally cannot be printed. Only the MSB can be printed in
the second byte for vertical direction.

This command is effective only when the receive buffer capacity is 40 bytes (when DIP
switch 1-2 is ON). The maximum number of user-defined characters is 19.
