6. Set the paper size switch so it matches the size of the paper
loaded in the tray.

if there’s no matching choice for
the size of the paper loaded, and use the control panel to set the

By default, the printer is set up to print on A4 size paper. If you
are printing on any other paper size, you need to change the
printer’s paper size setting by using either the paper size switch
described above, or the printer’s control panel. You can also
change the paper size setting through the printer driver, or from
within the software you are using. See “Making Basic Driver
Settings” on page 43 for more information.
Loading the Standard Lower Paper Cassette
Follow these steps to load paper into the standard lower paper
cassette:
1. Remove the standard lower paper cassette from the printer.
2. Remove the cover of the paper cassette.
