4. The printer driver must be installed on the drive that contains 

the system software. Make sure that the Install Location box 
displays the correct drive. Click 

Install

6. When a message appears informing you that the installation 

has finished, click 

Restart

 to complete the installation.

Selecting your printer in the Chooser

After you have installed the printer driver, you need to open the 
Chooser to select your printer. This procedure is necessary the 
first time you use a printer or whenever you want to switch 
printing to another printer. Your Macintosh will always print 
using the last printer selected.
