Epson provides the following technical support services for your home theater system.

Epson strongly recommends that the home theater system be installed by a professional audio/video installer or other
qualified professional. Epson cannot provide advice concerning construction practices or building codes in your area.

problems. You can download documentation, get FAQs and troubleshooting advice, or e-mail Epson with your

Speak to a Support Representative
To use the Epson PrivateLine Support service, call (800) 637-7661
and enter the PIN on the Epson
PrivateLine Support card that came with your projector. This is the fastest way of speaking to a live
representative, and it’s free. This service is available 6
