Connect the other end to the projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port.

• To output audio from the projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port, set
HDMI2 ARC to On and Other Than HDMI3 (Game) to
ARC/Optical (PCM) or ARC/Optical (Auto) in the projector's
menu.

Sound > Sound Output > Other Than HDMI3 (Game)
• If you want to output higher quality audio from the projector's
HDMI2 (ARC) port, set Sound Output to ARC/Optical (Auto) in
the projector's Sound menu.
• Audio format that is output from the projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port
varies depending on the input source.
• When the input source is HDMI, audio is output up to 5.1 ch (AC-
3 or DTS).
• When playing Android TV contents, audio is output in 2 ch
(PCM).

• You cannot output sound from the HDMI2 (ARC) port when the
input source is set to HDMI3 (Game).

Connecting to a Gaming Device
If your gaming device has an HDMI port, you can connect it to the projector's
HDMI3 (Game) port using an HDMI cable and send the gaming device's
audio with the projected image. The projector's HDMI3 (Game) port is
suitable for enjoying games that require fast response times.

Connect the HDMI cable to your gaming device's HDMI output port.

• When you want to play audio on an external audio device, connect it
to the projector using an optical digital audio cable. Set Sound
Output in the projector's Sound menu.
• You cannot output sound from the HDMI2 (ARC) port when the
input source is set to HDMI3 (Game).
