from the View menu to
display an information box like the one below:
Click Histogram to display a graph like the one below:
The histogram shows the brightness of the overall
image and each of the three color channels (red, green,
and blue) that make up the image. The vertical axis of
the graph represents the number of pixels; the
horizontal axis represents the brightness level, from the
darkest pixels at the left to the brightest pixels at the
right.

Click OK when you’re finished with each
information box.
Choose to show
image dimensions
in pixels, inches,
or centimeters.
