EXIT HARNESS, MCU PWB

Replace and remount
the concerned part(s).

Go to step 2.

*TOP EXIT SENSOR power supply check

Is the voltage between P17-9PIN <=> P17-10PIN 5VDC?

Go to step 3

Go to FIP-2.1

TOP EXIT power supply check

Is the voltage between P17-11PIN <=> P17-10PIN 5VDC?

Go to step 4.

Replace the MCU PWB.

*TOP EXIT detection signal check

Is the voltage between P/J17-11PIN <=> P/J17-10PIN as follows?

When transmitting (paper),

the value is 0VDC.

When blocked (no paper)

, the value is 5VDC.

Replace the MCU PWB.

Go to step 5.

*EXIT HARNESS continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J165 <=> J161?

Go to step 6.

Replace the EXIT
HARNESS.

*MAIN HARNESS ASSY continuity check

Is there a proper continuity between J161 <=> J17?

Replace the TOP EXIT
SENSOR.

Replace the MAIN
HARNESS ASSY.
