Replace and remount
the concerned part(s).

Go to step 2.

*Engine and controller division check

Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed normally
with the engine alone?

*MSI HARNESS ASSY mounting check

Is the MSI HARNESS ASSY properly mounted?

Go to step 4.

Remount the
CONNECTOR.

*The confirmation of the body HARNESS

Is there a breakage or contact defect on HARNESS between the MCU PWB and the MSI ASSY?

Go to step 5.

Replace the
HARNESS.

*LIFT MOTOR ASSY check

Is the LIFT MOTOR ASSY functioning properly?

• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Output Test device code “2D”.

Go to step 6.

Remount the LIFT
MOTOR ASSY.

*LEVEL SENSOR check

Is the LEVEL SENSOR functioning properly?

• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Input Test device code “2C”.

Remount the MCU
PWB.

Remount the LIFT
MOTOR ASSY.
