concerned part(s).

Go to step 2.

*Engine and controller division check

Can a test print (single sheet / consecutive printing, about 10 sheets each) be performed
normally with the engine alone?

Printer controller check
(If an error still occurs
after replacing, go to
step 3.)

Go to step 3.

*FUSER Motor check

Is the FUSER Motor functioning properly?

• Check by Digital Output Test device code “57” using DIAG tool.

Go to step 4.

With tool:
Go to step 9.

*FUSER DRIVE ASSY mounting check

Is the FUSER DRIVE ASSY mounted properly?

Go to step 5.

Remount the FUSER
DRIVE ASSY.

*PROCESS DRIVE ASSY check

Is the PROCESS DRIVE ASSY functioning properly?

• Check by Digital Output Test device code “54” using DIAG tool.

Go to step 6.

Replace the PROCESS
DRIVE ASSY.

*2ND BTR ASSY mounting check

Is the 2ND BTR ASSY mounted properly?

Go to step 7.

Remount the 2ND BTR
ASSY

*BTR WHEEL SENSOR mounting check

Is the BTR WHEEL SENSOR mounted properly?

Got to step 8.

Remount the BTR
WHEEL SENSOR

*BTR WHEEL SENSOR check

Is the BTR WHEEL SENSOR functioning properly?

• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Input Test device code “76” .

Replace the MCU PWB.

Replace the BTR WHEEL
SENSOR.

*BTR CAM CLUTCH check

Is the BTR CAM CLUTCH functioning properly?

• By using the DIAG tool, check by the Digital Output Test device code “70” .

Replace the MCU PWB.

Go to FIP-2.24
