3.2.14.9 DISPENSE CLUTCH ASSY (PL11.1.22) Removal

1.

Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)

2.

Remove the FUSER MOTOR ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.3.)

3.

Remove the ROTARY MOTOR DRIVE PWB. (See Section 3.2.14.8.)

4.

Remove the screw (silver, w/washer, 6mm) securing the earth terminal.

5.

Disconnect the connector (P/J55) of the DISPENSE CLUTCH ASSY.

6.

Remove the 2 screws (silver, w/collar, 10mm) securing the DISPENSE
CLUTCH ASSY, slide the gear of the DISPENSE CLUTCH ASSY to the
notch in the printer frame hole, and remove the DISPENSE CLUTCH
ASSY.

1.

Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)

2.

Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.1.)

3.

Remove the FUSER MOTOR ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.3.)

4.

Remove the ROTARY MOTOR DRIVE PWB. (See Section 3.2.14.8.)

5.

Remove the LVPS. (See Section 3.2.16.1.)

6.

Remove the FUSER DRIVE ASSY. (See Section 3.2.14.2.)

7.

Disconnect the connector (P/J56) of the DEVE. CLUTCH ASSY, and free
the harness by removing from the clamp.

8.

Remove the 4 screws (silver, w/collar, 10mm) securing the DEVE.
CLUTCH ASSY, and remove the DEVE. CLUTCH ASSY.
