Paper Jam Problems

This section gives you detailed information on correcting paper

jams, which are indicated by a 

PAPER JAM 

or an 

INSERTION

ERROR message.

CAUTION: 

If the paper tears while you are removing it,

make sure you remove any pieces still remaining in the

printer.
