Save Roll Paper

Select this check box when you wish to save roll paper. When this
check box is selected, the blank portion of the last page of your
document is not fed through the printer. This function is available
only when Roll Paper (Banner) is selected from the Paper Source
list.

Previewing your printout

The Preview feature allows you to see how your document will
appear before actually printing it.

For Windows

Open the Main menu (for Windows) and select the

Print Preview

check box. When you print your document, the Print Preview
window opens. On the Print Preview window, click

Print

to print

the document, or click

Cancel

to cancel printing.
