7 Change roller sets
The change of the roller sets only may be accomplished by a qualified expert or
under instruction of a qualified expert.
Warning!
Observe the safety regulations.
Deactivate the machine before beginning with work. Unplug the mains plug.
Assure the machine clearly against recommissioning
7.1
Preparative work
Prepare necessary tool, the new roller set plus the user manual.
7.2
Cycle: dismantle roller set
Accomplish implicitly the working Steps as described. Forwards you may not
begin with the now following works.
Declamp the safety screws of the rolls
Detract the rolls
Insert the roller sets into the accordant brackets
Assemble thereby the roller sets part for part in the dismantled so that no part
gets lost
7.3
Cycle: Assemble new roller set
After you have dismantled the roller set, you can insert now the new roller set.
Lubricate the axes a little bit
Apply part for part of a roll at the axis
Observe thereby the order of the parts
Observe the correct thickness of the intermediate washer for profiles
Check the roller set about backfill
Check the orderly fit of all assembled parts
Clamp the roller set with the extracted screws
Accomplish a safety check at least
