• In charging ，
electrical source switch or battery pin are not close

first press the stopping button on the charger

then
unfix the pin.
Charging step
• Check whether the condition is according with "Safety regulations for Charging the
battery".
• Park the Reach Truck securely(See 3.5 Parking the Truck securely ).
• Remove the battery plug
• Connect the battery plug with the charging lead of the stationary charger and turn on
the charger.
It is essential to follow the safety regulations of the battery and charging station
manufacturers.
4.3 Battery removal and installation
• Place the battery plug or the battery
cable in such a way that they will not
get caught on the truck when the
battery is removed.
• The battery bracket (1)aim side
door and make it with the bottom of
the battery box at the same level
height
• Remove guard of the battery
box(2),remove guard of the battery
bracket(3),pull the battery box into
the battery bracket ,plug guard of
the battery bracket(3).
• Remove the battery.
Warning! To prevent short circuits, batteries with exposed terminals or connectors
must be covered with a rubber mat. When replacing a battery with a crane, make sure
the crane has sufficient capacity (see battery weight on the battery data plate on the
container). The lifting gear must exert a vertical pull so that the battery container is not
compressed. Hooks must be fitted in such a way that when the crane lifting harness is
slackened, they do not fall onto the battery cells.
