14. Frequently asked questions
This chapter answers frequently asked questions with regards to the Envision
Glasses. Some of these questions can also be found throughout this guide.
14.1 What to do if I already have an Envision app subscription?
If you already have a monthly or annual subscription of the Envision AI app, you will
first need to cancel it manually through the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
after the lifetime subscription is added to your account. If you already have a
lifetime subscription, there is nothing additional you need to do.
14.2 How do I create a Wi-Fi QR code?
1. Go to envisionglasses.com/qr on your phone or computer.
2. Fill in the password of your Wi-Fi network.
3. Click on Generate.
4. Your QR code will be generated. You can scan the QR code with your Envision
Glasses to pass the data onto your device and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
14.2 Why is my hotspot not detected by the Envision Glasses?

Make sure to enable ‘Allow others to Join’ in your hotspot settings

Make sure your mobile network provider (SIM card provider) offers the
possibility of mobile data hotspots
●
Check the signal strength of your hotspot

14.3 Are the Envision Glasses waterproof?
The Google Glass 2 is IP53 certified: resistant to water spray and limited dust
ingression. It is possible to clean the Google Glass 2 with disinfecting wipes or a
damp, non-abrasive cloth and mild soap.
