1.1.4 RELATED
EQUIPMENT
For some applications, the MIR 9000 is integrated in a "ready-for-use" system that consists of:
–
a "SEC" probe for the preparation and transfer of the sample before analysis by an ambient
temperature line (50m for standard versions).
–
an air-conditioned analysis cabinet (Figure 1.8) that consists of:
•
A unit for conditioning and distributing compressed air (M.D.S.).
•
A box for electrical distribution.
•
A box for automatic gas commutation (TIG) with electrical junctions.
•
A heater with integrated thermostat.
•
An air conditioner (as an option for air-conditioned cabinet).
The MIR 9000 can also be fitted to the following equipment:
–
a multiparameter acquisition system of the SAM32E type,
–
a PC compatible microcomputer equipped with WINSCAN software, and a printer,
–
a NOx
→
NO converter,
–
a second SEC probe via a 2-way selector of the S2V type (Figure 1.9),
–
a dilution module for NH
3
and H
2
O measuring.
