Third-party antennas must be professionally installed. The following are requirements for
professional installation:
Equipment Marketing:

The device can not be sold retail to the general public or by mail order. It must be sold to dealers.
Professional Installation:

Installation must be controlled.
•
Installed by licensed professionals (Equipment sold to dealers who hire installers).
•
Installation requires special training (special programming) and antenna and cable installations.
Application:

The intended use is generally not for the general public. Instead, it is generally for industry/
commercial use.
