The direct access code consists of a 4-digit number and the channel number, which identifies the
channel of a process variable: e.g. 0914-1. In the navigation view, this appears on the right-hand
side in the header of the selected parameter.

Direct access code
Note the following when entering the direct access code:
• The leading zeros in the direct access code do not have to be entered.
Example: Input of "914" instead of "0914"
• If no channel number is entered, channel 1 is jumped to automatically.

number.

Calling up help text
For some parameters, help texts exist, which the user can call up from the navigation view. These
briefly describe the function of the parameter and thus support fast and reliable commissioning.
Calling up and closing the help text
The user is in the navigation view and the selection bar is on a parameter.
