Replacing the device fuse

Warning!
Risk of electric shock! Exposed components carry dangerous voltages. Make sure that the power
supply is switched off before you remove the cover of the electronics compartment.

The main fuse is on the power supply board (



55).

The procedure for replacing the fuse is as follows:

Switch off power supply.

Remove the power supply board: field housing



87, wall-mount housing



Remove cap (1) and replace the device fuse (2).
Use only fuses of the following type:
– Power supply 20 to 55 V AC / 16 to 62 V DC



2.0 A slow-blow / 250 V;

5.2 × 20 mm

– Power supply 85 to 260 V AC



0.8 A slow-blow / 250 V; 5.2 × 20 mm

– Ex-rated devices



Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
