Digital sensors can store measuring system data (among other types of data) in the sensor:
• Manufacturer data
• Serial number
• Order code
• Date of manufacture
• Digital sensor label
• Calibration data of the last eight calibrations including factory calibration with
calibration date and calibration values
• Serial number of the transmitter used to perform the last calibration
• Possibility to reset to factory calibration
• In the case of sensors with replaceable measuring elements, the number of calibrations
per measuring element and for the entire sensor
• Operating data
• Temperature application range
• Date of initial commissioning
• Hours of operation under extreme conditions
• Number of sterilizations and CIP cycles (with hygienic sensors)
All Memosens 2.0 E sensors offer these advantages with the latest Liquiline transmitter
software. All Memosens 2.0 sensors are backward compatible with previous software
versions and offer the usual Memosens benefits of the D generation.
