12.2.5 Replacing the hoses
There should not be any more sample left in the dosing unit.
2. Remove the bottles and the bottle tray.
3. Replace the hoses with hoses of the same diameter and length. Attach hose labels to
the new hoses.
4. Tighten the hose glands carefully; leaks can result in bad measured values.
5. Secure the cover and place the bottle tray back into the housing.
6. Connect the bottles to the appropriate covers and hoses.

12.2.6 Replacing the filter mats
You require the following parts:
Filter mats (part of the CAV maintenance kit)

Fan screen on the bottom
1. Open both fan screens and remove them.
The filter mats are located under the screens.
2. Remove the used filter mats and replace them with new ones from the maintenance
kit.
3. Fit the fan screens back on.
