Using AMS Device Manager to configure the meter

Click the
Service Tools
tab to access the device alerts, variables, trends and maintenance
statuses or to edit the configuration parameters.

Click the
Service Tools|Alerts
tab.
If an alert condition exists, the alert type and
description displays. Recommended actions are listed to assist you in a
resolution. After you resolve the alert condition, click the
Acknowledge
button to
clear the alert. Click
Apply
to write the changes to the meter. If no alert condition
is active, click
OK
to close the device window.

If you change the device configuration, a confirmation dialog displays and
prompts you to write the changes to the meter. Click
Yes
to write the changes to
the meter or click
No
to cancel pending changes.
