The following information is required to set up EMC Secure Remote Support IP Client.

notify EMC of serious events.

ESRS Device Client solution.

mended CallHome solution for
the unified/file VNX systems.

to the Internet through a proxy
server, you must indicate this
during the ESRS IP Client
