Furnace position check (magnetic switch on pneumatic
cylinder). If the furnace is open, arm goes from parking
position to the pedestal. Otherwise error number 7,
signalised by beeping (see chapter 11).

Arm down.

Fingers close.

Arm up.

Arm to the disposal position.

Fingers open.

Arm to home position, then pickup position.

Arm down.

Arm up.

Crucibles Laser is switched on to check, whether the
crucible is removed from the tray. If yes, arm to parking
position. If not, error number 6 is signalised by beeping
(see chapter 11).

Arm to pedestal.

Arm down.

Fingers open.
17.
Arm up.
18.
Arm to home position, then pickup position.

Arm to parking position.
