6 Managing the device using the command line
6.1 Connection to the device
By default, WEP-2L is configured to receive the address via DHCP. If this does not happen, you can connect to the
device using the factory IP address.
Connection to the device is performed via SSH/Telnet:
ssh admin@<IP address of the device>, then enter the password
telnet <IP address of the device>, enter login and password

To display the existing settings of a particular configuration section, enter the
show-config
command.
Press the key combination (English layout) –
[Shift + ? ]
to get a hint of what value this or that
configuration parameter can take.
To get a list of options available for editing in this configuration section, press the
Tab
key.
To save the settings, enter the
save
command.
To go back to the previous configuration section, enter the
exit
command.
