LED Colour Function Description
L7 Red Solenoid valve
ON when the solenoid valve is active.
IfitstaysONwhenthesolenoidvalveisOFF:
1) Thesolenoidvalveisnotworking;
2) Thesolenoidvalvefilterortheexternalfilterisblocked;
3) There is no mains water;
4)
Theelectronicboardisnotworking.
L8 Red Feed water
This LED comes on when the water is first fed into the system after being discharged.
It goes off as soon as the absorbed intensity is around 1 A.
If it stays on and no water is fed into the system and no steam is produced (despite a request
beingmade),checkthecontactor.
7.2 Switching on and starting up
DANGER

• Do not install the equipment while the power supply is connected.
•
Switchoffallequipmentandremovethepowerfuses,includinganyconnecteddevices,beforeremovinganycoversor
hatches,orbeforeinstallingoruninstallingaccessories,hardware,cablesorwires.
• Alwaysuseacorrectlycalibratedvoltmetertocheckthesystemisswitchedoff.
• Do not touch the unshielded components or the terminals while they are live.
•
Makesuretheequipmentisproperlyearthedandifitisnot,earthit.
• Before applying voltage to the equipment:
• Makesureallprotectiveelements,suchascovers,hatchesandgrilles,arefittedand/orclosed.
• Checkallwiringconnections.
NOTICE
MALFUNCTIONING OF THE EQUIPMENT
• Checkthewatersupplyhasbeencorrectlyconnected.
• Checktherearenosiphonsinthedrainageduct.
• Checkthetiesonthesteamoutlethavebeencorrectlytightened.
• Checktherearenocondensationpocketsorobstructionsinthesteamsupplypipe.
To start up the humidifier (with the humidistat connected):
• Checkthefeedinganddischargingsystemsandthesteamsupplypipe(see "5.2 WATER CONNECTIONS" ON PAGE 13,
"5.3 WATER DISCHARGE SYSTEM" ON PAGE 13 and "5.4 STEAM DISTRIBUTION IN AN AHU OR DUCT" ON PAGE 14) ;
• For models with fuses: Insert the power fuses - For models with a disconnector: Activate the internal disconnector;
• Connect the humidistat according to the operating mode (see
"6.3 WIRING DIAGRAMS" ON PAGE 22);
• Checkthereisavoltage-freecontactorashortcircuit("bridge")betweenterminals4-5ofterminalblockM1,see "6.3
WIRING DIAGRAMS" ON PAGE 22;
• Closethepanelsofthehumidifier;
• Activatethedisconnectorinstalledontheoutsideofthehumidifierandopenthewater;
• PresstheON/OFFkeyonthefrontofthehumidifiertostartitup;
• Setthehumidityrequestsetpointto100%,LEDs1and2willcomeon;
• Thehumidifierwillstartawaterfeedcycle(LED4willcomeonwhenfeeding)andadischargecycle(LED6willcomeon
when discharging);
• Whenitisfullydischarged(LED6willgooff),setthehumidityrequestsetpointasrequired;
• Uponreceivingthehumidityrequest,thehumidifierbeginsfeedingwaterintotheboileruntilitreachestheminimum
level that guarantees rapid steam production.
• Thehumidifierregularlydischargesallthewaterandrefillsagain,performingawashingcycletoensureoptimal
operating conditions.
